Step 1: Find your favorite calendar on the internet and create an ICS file from it.
Here’s an example of a lovely flower calendar that you would like to use for your new email account:

Username: Enter your full email address here.
Password: Enter your Office 365 password for this account. Note that if you are using two-factor authentication, you need to use an App Password instead App Password.
Step 8: Make sure the following boxes are checked and the rest are unchecked.
Step 9: Click Next and you will get to the outgoing server settings screen. Make sure the following boxes are checked and the rest are unchecked.
Click Next at the bottom of the window until you get to the SMTP Authentication screen, choose “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”.
Step 10: Click Next and then Finish. Now you should have a new email account with the calendar that you chose.
